HomeRemote Allows Homeowners to Monitor, Control and Secure Homes Online
[tag]Hawking Technologies[/tag], a developer of wired and wireless networking solutions for home, workgroup and corporate users, has unveiled plans to introduce [tag]HomeRemote[/tag], a line of web accessible wireless home automation products.
The HomeRemote System from Hawking Technologies is a control panel to the home from anywhere in the world. From work or at a coffee shop, homeowners are able to keep an eye on their homes, secure their property from intruders and control daily appliances with the click of a mouse. Using a standards-based wireless technology known as ZigBee from Freescale Semiconductor, the Hawking HomeRemote System communicates wirelessly with local sensors and devices that homeowners have set up within their homes.
