The [tag]Gefen[/tag] [tag]DVI[/tag] [tag]Audio Extender[/tag] is designed to use economical, industry-standard CAT-5 cable to send [tag]HD DVI video[/tag] sources or computers along with both digital audio in TOSlink format or analog stereo audio signals.
Two CAT-5 cables connect a sender and receiver unit , which carries HD video up to 1080p (1920×1200 for computers) together with digital and analog audio up to 45-meters.
Sender and receiver units are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and both run on a single five-volt power supply (included).
